LEAP Team Collaborates With Local Art Duo To Create LEAP’s First Ever Artist Series TEA!

The world is changing & so are we! Coffee is still and will always be our first love & main squeeze, but for the first time ever we’re bringing an Artist Series Tea to the world & your cup. It’s called DREAM BITS & it’s the whimsical, delicious creation of our 2023 LEAP Artist Series Artists, the multidisciplinary art duo known as “Jelliii,” made up of Oklahoma natives Jasmine Jones & Kelley Queen. DREAM BITS is a herbal fruity blend that’s light, and refreshing, and perfect to serve hot or iced.

“We’ve never done anything like this before, so we’re really excited,” LEAP owner, Eric Starkey, said.  Just like their unique tea, Jasmine and Kelley are a couple of dreamers who bring loads of fun, laughter, and playfulness to their art, and others!” 

“As the duo Jelliii, we love to explore and connect with our community,” Jones explained. “Our tea is that dreamy vessel for us to more easily share our whimsical otherworldliness with everyone.”

Jones loves expressing herself through watercolor painting and digital visuals, while Queen uses acrylic painting and textiles. Together as Jelliii, they make art that sparks imagination & play, and their beautiful murals continue to bring vibrant color & joy to neighborhoods around Oklahoma City. And now they’re bringing their magic to tea time! 

“Dream Bits is so much like them, and so much like the worlds they create with their art,” LEAP owner Kari Starkey said. “It’s really fun, playful, delicious, and sweet. You don’t even have to have sugar, just like them.” 

The best part is Jasmine & Kelley will get paid every time someone buys a bag of Dream Bits! LEAP’s Artist Series program supports Oklahoma artists directly, empowering them to create their own unique coffee, & now tea! A portion of every bag sold goes directly to the artist to support their creative work in the world.

LEAP’S six Artist Series Coffees is always available online, and in participating Homeland & Sprouts stores. It’s also for sale at local retailers like Flora Bodega and DNA Galleries. Jelliii’s signature tea blend DREAM BITS will go on sale online & in stores in April.
